With weddings being more extravagant and detailed than ever, we sometimes forget how beautiful a traditional design can be.
Held at the Serbian Cultural Centre, Stephanie's sophisticated design embraced an old world feel with soft touches.

Featured Wedding~ 40's Romance

This was a definite LUXE wedding! True romance, luxury and elegance filled the venue. Cecil Green's dream like walls embraced the atmosphere perfectly.

Shauna's wedding was a time warp back to the classic 1940's Golden Age. Every nook and cranny was filled with a picturesque display of soft flowers, vinatge fabrics and femme accents.

Featured Wedding~ Ildiko & Gary

Held at Harrison Hot Spring's Resort, Ildiko & Gary wanted to fill their evening with true entertainment. They embraced an Old Hollywood theme, featuring deep champagnes, vintage creams and romantic reds.

To hold true to their theme, the design included an abundance of bling, an elevated guest of honor platform, classic roses, candlelight, ostrich feathers, vintage fabrics, a red carpet and a VIP lounge. To top it off, they flew in entertainment from Las Vegas to fill the room with old Rat Pack and Crooners toons.

Featured Lounge~ Crystal & Miko

Crystal & Miko dreamed about a plush, all white lounge! To achieve the look, set in Hycroft Manor's luscious walls, WDS utilized the white molding set in the vintage room.

Vases filled with gooey marshmallows, crystals and ostrich feathers were topped with stark white lamp shades. The center beams were bordered with over sized feather stands and round sectional lounges. The corner wall glowed with an up lit wall of vintage photos of the bride and groom.The entire room was dimmed and spot lit with theater lights.

Guests danced to the wee hours of the morning in this glorious cloud like lounge.

Featured Wedding~ Simple Elegance

Working with a budget can be difficult for those of us with wild imaginations. Rachelle's vision included bold patterns, bright electric accents and phenomenal flow. To achieve this look, without robbing the bank, we focused on effectively utilizing damask accents with bright purple pockets of color. Rachelle searched the city for great bargain buys which would tie into her scheme. Complete, the room look striking!

Featured Wedding~ Gothic Romance

Amanda & Mark, a beautiful couple, celebrated in a style they felt truly comfortable in. WDS with the help of Reflexion events, transformed the Brockhouse Restaurant into a Gothic Mansion.

This wedding was about the details, all intricately combined to create a unique feel.
Over sized black willow branches with hanging votive candles and weeping Amaranthus lined the ceremony aisle way. The bride & groom made an exquisite entrance following close behind a team of contortionists and fire breathers, stopping on a life size chess board for a photo op.
A man made forest of black arbutus frees and black crows surrounded the cocktail bar and the tent was graced with large gold candelabras drooping with dark floral combination. In the center, a vintage Gothic chandelier was hung to create a punch in the room.
The dance floor was surrounded by vintage furniture, and old Roman sculptures.

This wedding was truly a design masterpiece: Pictures can do no justice!

Sea breeze Head Table

Designed this past weekend for a Brockhouse client, Sharon envisioned a head table like no other. To complete the look we took elegant seaside colors of robins egg blue and soft champagne golds. The center of the table was dramatized with two over sized trees each with intricately placed orchid heads and hanging votive candles. The look was stunning are carried beautifully from day until night.

Featured Wedding~ Tropical Paradise

Chelsea's wedding, held at Hart House Restaurant was a tropical paradise. Electric orange and Fushia adorned the tent with exotic birds of paradise. An easy way to attain a garden setting with spice.

Featured Style~ Modest Opulence

Held at the Shaugnessy Golf & Country Club, Meghan and Daryl had a challenge on their hands: their different styles. Meghan's vision was of a sophisticated vintage set room. Daryl on the other hand, wanted something that reflected their outdoor, relaxed nature.

To combine these visions, the tables were dressed in a simple vintage manner. Dark sage champagne overlays, vintage brocade chair covers and an over sized gold tree graced the room. Table numbers were dressed in sage moss and the sign in table featured pictures of the couple in retro fishing gear.

Featured Style~ Eclectic Taste

Eclectic taste can be difficult to work with at times. For Tina, her vision included modern patterns, with crisp whites, soft & hard accents and most of all... lots of bling!

To achieve this, we chose a black & white Damask runner on top of a white taffeta overlay. Centerpieces were alternated with elaborate candelabras with ostrich white feather toppers and low modern pomanders, each accented with a shabby sheek branch.
To soften the look, cylinder vases with filled with feathers & crystals, and illuminated with a floating puck candle.

A princess like dance floor and two lounge areas completed with look and wow's guests through an event to remember.

Featured Wedding~ Shanda & Brian

Held at the luxurious Rockwater Secret Cove Resort, Brian & Shanda's day was a breathtaking abyss of natural surroundings. Deep Mocha's, soothing sages, moss, river rock and delicate orchids adorned the venue.

After a grueling day of set up the design team was delighted to join Shanda & Brian in the celebrations.
